VULTE pieces are produced in precious metals and set with natural or laboratory-grown diamonds. Each piece is inspected prior to release.

We provide a 24 month manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers faults in craftsmanship or structural integrity under normal wear.

COVERED

• stone setting security faults
  
• structural defects in metal
  
• manufacturing flaws
  

Where a fault is confirmed, VULTE will repair or replace the piece at our discretion.

NOT COVERED

The warranty does not cover:

• accidental damage
  
• impact or misuse
  
• normal wear (scratches, abrasion, surface marks)
  
• loss of stones due to external force
  
• unauthorised modification or repair
  
• resizing performed by third parties
  

INSPECTION

We recommend periodic inspection of settings and clasps, particularly for rings and tennis pieces.

Maintenance or preventative tightening is not covered unless a manufacturing fault is present.

Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the original piece.
