RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each VULTE piece is produced in limited quantities and inspected prior to release.

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • unworn
  • unaltered
  • in original condition
  • returned with all packaging and documentation

Returns are subject to inspection prior to approval.

NON-RETURNABLE

The following are not eligible for return:

  • custom pieces, unless damaged upon arrival
  • special commissions
  • modified pieces

These pieces may be eligible for exchange or adjustment where possible.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Return authorisation is required prior to shipment.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

SHIPPING

Return shipping is the responsibility of the client unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend insured and trackable shipment.

FAULTS

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You are entitled to a refund/exchange

REFUNDS

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once inspection is complete.
